Angels and Spirit Guides
However we see or imagine Angels, they are beings of light.

When they take human form it is purely to reassure us and to appear in a form that we find pleasant and historic, It is thought that they do indeed have wings, but they are of light rather than feathers, but again if we visualise them as having feather wings, this is how they will appear thus, and will even materialise real feathers in places for us to find as a proof of their existence or as the answer to a question that we may have asked them
There are many instances of Angels appearing to people as humans in times of anxiety or fear.
THE difference between Angels and Spirit Guides is;- Angels have never lived in human form, they exist only as Angels and are part of the celestial realm, a breed apart so to speak, they are closely linked to THE CREATOR and act as an intermediate between us and him/her, depending on what your beliefs are
Spirit Guides have at some time been in human form, and have either taken the responsibility of being your lifetime guide at your birth, or are intermediate guides who are likely to come and go in your life.

Most of your Spirit Guides are part of your close knit spirit family.

Both our Angels and Spirit Guides are present with us all the time, if we would only take time to be aware of them

Hearing the Voices
All of us hear from our Guides & Angels from time to time, some of us more than others! But learning to listen takes time and patience. Once we learn to contact them we can have access to them and the information that they bring us whenever we wish.

In the past, people who were natural mediums were often diagnosed as “Schizophrenic" and subjected to horrific medical practices.

Because some of these people were unable to distinguish between the voices that they were hearing, and were in fact receiving on a very broad band so to speak, they often became confused and disturbed.

The problem has often been that they are highly psychic people (without knowing it!) Also if there has been trauma in their lives, they may be tuning in to entities that are other than Spirit Guides or Angels

ARCHANGEL GABRIEL - this is the Angel of guidance, helping us with our creativity e.g. aspects such as music, writing, and poetry. Gabriel helps you to see a problem or task through to completion, guiding you when the need arises. When you are having a problem ask Archangel Gabriel to clear away any difficulties; he will also help to give your life new direction. Gabriel is known as the Angel of childbirth, assisting the new soul to earth. Colours associated with Gabriel are silver, mother of pearl, white, blue and pink. Associated crystals are Angelite (pale blue, improves creativity) and Apophylite (very good for meditation, recalling dreams and clairvoyance).

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL - the angel of courage and protection, who will give you that extra drive when the situation suddenly demands it. Call upon Michael when you are in danger, and to protect your home and family. Archangel Michael is known as the one who is like God, in that he protects those most in need. Michael will help you with the essential qualities of a leader, not just strength and power but also the motivation to succeed. He can overpower negative emotions, and provide a calming influence when you are afraid, protecting you from the dark. Associated colours are orange, white, gold, yellows. ARCHANGEL URIEL - Archangel Uriel helps us to deal with past fears, gaining knowledge and wisdom, while learning spiritual lessons in order to reach a higher level of understanding, Uriel also helps us to forgive ourselves and others. Ask Uriel for inspiration to achieve the goals you have set yourself in life. He is the Angel of Peace and the Guardian Angel of business people, lawyers and writers. This angel can be called upon to resolve conflicts, misunderstandings and problems, whether it be an argument with a family member, a disagreement with the boss, or conflict between different countries. Associated colours are violet, purple, and indigo. Associated crystals are Amethyst (helps lift our spirits), Aquamarine (cancels fears and phobias) and Rose Quartz (a calming influence to aid us when dealing with others).

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL - Archangel Raphael is the healing angel, adding love and compassion whenever needed. I use this angel when I am sending out absent healing, ensuring that physical and emotional problems are targeted effectively. You need to tell the angel precisely what healing you require and where you need it to go, making sure you include even those people who you feel have done you harm. Archangel Raphael helps doctors, nurses, and vets - anyone in a caring situation, amateurs and professionals alike. This angel is the most important angel to call upon with any sort of healing; it also works very well on animals. In fact my two dogs always come to me when they need healing; after treatment they fall fast asleep till morning. Associated colours: gold, yellow, pale blue. Associated crystals include Quartz (for psychic peace and helping the psychic connection with angels), and Alexandrite (for physical and emotional healing).

Guardian Angels
Guardian Angels are with you from the moment of your birth, helping you throughout your lifetime, until your journey takes you home. Under spiritual law, Angels are not allowed to help someone until asked - but they are always very willing to help. If you are having an argument with someone, your two Guardian Angels are praying for the best outcome for both of you; yet we also have free will, and the final decision ultimately is ours. If you are having problems with someone, treat them with respect and kindness - this will raise their vibratio When your angels are finding it hard to get your attention they will send messages in various forms, drawing your attention to a particular book, or it might be a piece of music, or a television programme. Anything is possible - they can, after all, work through God to create miracles. You have to be open-minded to the various possibilities, and to what is happening around you, and as to how the message might be passed on to you. You will know, as it seems to just pop into your head, or something might just fall at your feet, such as a feather. Meditation is another means of communicating with your Guardian Angel, and it is important to keep a journal of what you see, and experience.

Earth angels are people who shine their light towards us; they never talk about anyone in the negative, eveything they do is with unconditional love, and they leave a lasting impression on us throughout our life. They help give assistance when we least expect it, and in a crisis you will be amazed that the right thing happened at just the right moment of time. When we are in danger, they appear from nowhere, and generally disappear in the same way. Sometimes, if we are lucky, we can have a special angel in our families - they come with a reason and they leave us when their job is complete, but their light is with us always, protecting us wherever we go.n level a little higher, lifting depression and anxiety.

Silent angels are from our animal kingdom - how many times has an animal warned of danger, or helped save someone's life? They protect you when you are in need, and sometimes we are totally unaware that there is anything wrong. There are other animals like dolphins that work with children who have special needs, and the unconditional love and friendship of animals can be used to lower peoples' blood pressure. Silent angels teach us about patience and love, and how to use our senses better, to the best of our ability. We should never underestimate the value of our silent friends in our homes and throughout our wonderful universe.
