Welcome Jude and thankyou for input into holidays and meditation, if you have any meditation methods that would be appreciated, I meditate with candles and sometimes with soothing background music, sometimes with classical music. I have not put any of that in the section because now I want my guests to have more interaction in the forums, I hope you use the ebid plug section to plug your auctions and stores and you can put your signature under all posts you do here, go to preferences and tick the show signature box, there you can also show what emails you want or do not want.

I will plug my auctions when I get my head round the techy bits - I'm a bit slow, but usually get there in the end!
