| Ah thanks Penny - thats kind of you to go back and read it.
I've lots of things like that - some I've written myself - that always bring tears to my eyes too. When I get my web site up and running they'll all be there along with proper 'diary' logs of trips and outings with heaps of pics. I want to bring the military element out of my web site - not because I want to keep it hidden - but because it may put people off if they think I'm a 'war monger' so to speak. Those people don't realise its not the soldiers that start a war, but politicians & diplomats.

| It sounds like we've both got the same idea - a web site dedicated to our personal stuff and our writing. although mine will be all military related. I have PM'd Ruthie to see if she can help me sort something out re the poppies for it, but as yet I haven't had any reply. I'm not sure if she's about - I know shes always busy. I could ask Kim as I'm sure she'd help me too, but I'd prefer to hear yay or nay back from Ruthie first - I'd hate to complicate things by having 2 willing helpers - I'd end up with 2 sites when I only need one. I've had a couple of my atricles published in local and RBL magazines, but that happened when they approached me. I wasn't after having them published. My main 'circulated readership' are people that get copies of the REA newsletter - branch members and the chairman of other veteran associations in Swansea. | |

| Thats about what I do to - skip here there and everywhere trying to keep up with the conversations and then I end up missing some of the chatter - it takes ages to read through pages - esp on Quads | |

| One last try before I give up nope - still not registering. I'm stuck now - not sure what to do. I'm putting in the sig, saving it, then checking preferences and the sig box is ticked for 'show sig in posts' but its not registering and showing as it should. | |

| Hi - anyone home - have been busy so haven't had chance to pop in much today.
Managed to transplant some plants outside today - as it was reasonably dry and warm. Hopefully tomorrow will be the same so they can climatise without too much of an ordeal.

| Well, I've had a busy night working on my lastest project - my new web site. Ive added some more bits to it so its growing nicely. Now as its near sunrise, I'm off to bed. I'm sure one day when I'm out in the sun, I'll turn into a pile of dust. Catch up tomorrow - night all | |
